1. Acceptance of Terms

By installing, accessing, or using the Samauditor Atlassian add-on (the "App"), you agree to be bound by the terms of this End User License Agreement ("Agreement"). If you do not agree to the terms of this Agreement, do not install or use the App.

2. License Grant

Samauditor grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable subscription-based license to use the App solely for internal business purposes and only in accordance with this Agreement.

3. Subscription and Usage Limits

• This App is licensed through the Atlassian Marketplace as a monthly or annual subscription.
• You are licensed on a per-Jira Agent basis.
• For each licensed Jira Agent, you may monitor up to 100 PCs for software discovery and compliance.
• This limitation is designed to prevent misuse and ensure fair usage. Bulk monitoring beyond licensed capacity is not permitted without prior agreement.

4. Permitted Use

You may use the App to:

• Collect software inventory data from your organization's devices
• Enter and manage licensing information
• Generate software compliance and budget reports

You may not:

• Use the App to monitor third-party devices or estates outside your own organization
• Resell, sublicense, or otherwise commercially exploit the App
• Reverse-engineer or attempt to derive the source code of the App
• Circumvent licensing restrictions or usage limits

5. Data Collection and Privacy

• The App collects data about your organization’s devices and installed software.
• Optionally, you may enter license information for analysis and reporting purposes.
• All collected data is stored securely on Samauditor servers.
• We do not sell or share your data with third parties.

6. Support and Updates

• Samauditor provides support via our help portal at https://samauditor.com.
• Updates are deployed automatically, and users will receive the latest version when they next access the App.
• Samauditor reserves the right to modify or discontinue features at any time.

7. Termination

• Access to the App is tied to your active subscription through Atlassian.
• If your subscription lapses or is cancelled, Atlassian will suspend your access, and your account will be locked.
• Samauditor may suspend or terminate your access without refund if you violate the terms of this Agreement.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Samauditor disclaims all warranties, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

We do not warrant that:

• The App will meet your specific requirements
• The App will be uninterrupted or error-free
• The results obtained will be accurate or reliable

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Samauditor and its officers, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages arising out of or related to your use of the App, including but not limited to:

• Loss of data
• Business interruption
• Revenue loss
• Reputational harm

In any event, Samauditor's total aggregate liability to you, regardless of the form of the claim or cause of action (whether in contract, tort, negligence, or otherwise), shall be limited to an amount not exceeding the total fees paid by you for the service in the one (1) month immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

This limitation shall apply regardless of the jurisdiction or legal theory under which such liability is asserted.

10. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, without regard to conflict of law principles.

11. Amendments

Samauditor reserves the right to modify this EULA at any time. Continued use of the App after changes indicates acceptance of the new terms.
